TOTAL RIP OFF - & BEFORE YOU TELL ME YOU DON'T HAVE ANY RECORD OF ANY WORK DONE TO MY VEHICLE, LOOK AT THE $176 CHARGE ON MY BANK STATEMENT PICTURE!!! I contacted Renaissance Mobile when I started having mechanical issues with 2010 Jeep Commander 4x4 sport - back around mid to late February. I spoke with them & a date was set for them to come out. The day & time came & they were a no-show. I finally got a call late in the day from my 8:30am appointment saying they were not going to be able to make it today. I was rescheduled several times & days later 02/28/25, they finally came out. They plugged into my computer on my jeep & never gave me actual diagnostic result finding - only guessing & that the manager would call me. I never got a phone call & I've called several times and no one answered, but I was left with a $176 diagnostic bill which they didn't tell me anything, BUT I'VE GOTTEN SEVERAL HARASSING TEXT MESSAGES ASKING ME TO LEAVE A REVIEW SHARING MY EXPERIENCE - SO HERE YOU GO. You reap what you sow abundantly in due season. A refund is DEFINITELY WARRANTED in this case. I would never use these crooks again...

The young man I spoke with, Dimitri was very respectful and very helpful. However, my initial appointment was delayed by four hours and they ended up showing that my door at 7:30 PM. They were not able to diagnose the issue so they rescheduled for the following Tuesday. The technician that came out today was also very helpful and respectful. However, the supervisor on the phone was not. Even though the Technician would have been able to complete the job, The supervisor insisted he cease as The supervisor began quoting policies as he did not want to violate any policy of protocols as he wanted me to replace the condenser on my AC unit instead of reattaching the hoses that weren’t installed properly. As I stated to him on the phone, I installed the AC condenser and it is brand new. He refused and stated that protocol was to replace the entire condenser and the dryer assembly. This is not the way I do business nor should anybody do business like this. Again, the technicians were great, but the supervision and organization is not. I will not be using them again.

Got a slew of codes on my Audi, looked these guys up as I didn’t want to drive my car to a shop. Got a next day appointment, guys showed up 15 minutes early. Did everything they could and got me booked for a follow up the next day at their shop. Jamar was great, and pricing was very reasonable especially for them coming to you. 10/10 recommend.
